Project (program) Title: Agriculture, Livestock & Forages in the Tri-State
Project #:
Goal: To coordinate Extension programming in agriculture, livestock, forages, forestry/wildlife and vegetables to the mutual benefit of agents, specialist and the clientele we serve in each state.
Rationale (Situation): Many overlapping programs and trainings occur simultaneously in the tri-state area. By working together we can increase training offerings, programs for clientele and produce better results from program efforts.
Objectives:
Ø Establish a multi-state clearinghouse for information, planning and program implementation.
Ø Streamline programming, reduce duplication, cost-reduction, increase training opportunities. Increase efficiency and educational quality of programming.
Ø Provide producers with new information not available before.
Target Audience: Agents, Specialist, Program Clientele
